What we collect when you buy
At checkout you give us the production details, an administrator username and password, and Paddle collects your email address and payment details.
Your card details go to Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record, and never reach us. Paddle’s privacy policy is at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Your administrator password is scrambled with a one-way hash the moment it arrives. Nobody, including us, can read it back.
What we keep
We keep a record of each licence sold: the production details, the licence ID, your name and email address, and the order reference. We keep it so we can reissue a lost licence, send app updates and answer support questions.
What the app collects
Nothing. Spotlight Maestro runs on your own machines, works fully offline, sends no telemetry, or personal information and never phones home. Show data stays on the computer that runs the show.
We use your email address to deliver your licence, issue app updates and to answer you when you write to us. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or share your details with anyone, except as needed to complete your purchase through Paddle.
Your rights
Write to followspot@spotlightmaestro.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting a licence record means we can no longer reissue that licence, and we will say so before acting.
