Try before you buy
The free demo is the whole app running a sample show, including console tracking. It exists so you never have to buy on faith.
If the app does not work for you
If the app fails to work as described and our support cannot put it right, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.
If the licence details are wrong
The show title, spot count and administrator account are fixed by the licence, so a typo at checkout matters. Contact us and we will reissue the licence with the right details. That is a reissue, not a second purchase.
